The house with approx. 100 m² is very quietly located, offers plenty of space for the whole family on 2 floors, including spacious outdoor facilities with terrace, barbecue area, soccer field, volleyball court, pool and plenty of green space. The apartment is designed for 4 people, 2 people can also sleep in the living room on the pull-out couch (total 6 people). The apartment is newly designed: eat-in kitchen with cooking island, living room with balcony, 2 bedrooms (king size bed 1.60 m wide), modern bathroom with shower. Garden with pool use. The train station (Bermatingen-Ahausen) is about 5 minutes' walk, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, bank approx. 2-3 minutes' walk, supermarket approx. 10 minutes' walk. To Lake Constance: Meersburg 8 km, Friedrichshafen 16 km.

Loft in the country house 360 degrees

The loft in the 360-degree country house has a panoramic view of Lake Constance, mountains, meadows and forests. The apartment has two balconies: one overlooks meadows to the lake and Säntis, the other overlooks our swimming pond on meadows and trees. The loft is a one-room apartment with a sleeping area, a kitchen and a dining area overlooking the pond and meadows, a living and working area overlooking the Säntis. In the middle is a bathroom with a large bathtub, toilet, bidet and sink.

Attractive house near Bregenz with pool and view

* Skiing / biking / hiking / swimming * The house with garden and pool (seasonal) offers a sensational view over the Rhine Valley to the Swiss mountains. It can accommodate 6-7 people. Hiking and biking tours start right by the house. Bregenz is about 1 km away from Lake Constance 10 minutes. The Bödele (ski resort/hiking) is about 25 minutes away. Within 40-60 minutes you can reach the most beautiful ski areas (Lech, Zürs, Silvretta, Bregenzerwald, Damüls, Mellau, Warth).

Family suite with sauna area (XXL family bed)

You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.

Stay in a circus wagon

The cozy atmosphere of the simple circus wagon combines harmoniously with the amenity of being able to use both the swimming pond and the sauna (1x free). The rural area invites you to linger and ventilate your head. What to expect: -a cozy circus wagon -a sauna with wood heating - An outdoor shower, hot/cold - our cats will visit you;-) - Donkeys, chickens and sheep are also at home here (not during the alpine season) -2 older bikes are ready

The apartment is located on the ground floor of the holiday center of Oberteuringen. It is equipped with a double bed (140cm x 200 cm), TV, stereo and a kitchenette with a table and 2 chairs. Minimum stay 5 nights. The apartment includes a car parking space. A Journey by car is recommended as public transport is not very well developed here.
