Beautiful House with swimming pool in Rio das Ostras, Bairro Mar do Norte, Condominio Sol Maior - in front of the beach - Rua Baixa do Sapateiro 305. 24-hour security. Condominium with lots of trees and birds. Children play on the street without any worries. Mar do Norte Beach is beautiful. Good for swimming, with many coves surrounded by rocks that form pools with calm waters. The beach has many attractions: kiosks, volleyball, soccer. You can visit Búzios (60 min), Arraial do Cabo, Cabo Frio.

Entrance with deck and shower. 1st floor: Large living room, integrated kitchen with counter, toilet, dining room and small service area with washing machine. 2nd floor: 2 comfortable en-suites with air-conditioning and TV, one with a double bed and a privileged view, and another with a double and single bed. 3rd floor: TV room with sofa bed and gourmet area with minibar, barbecue and private pool. Apartment very well located in the heart of Rio das Ostras facing the sea, perfect place for those who like to relax and enjoy the view, it is well ventilated and is located in a prime area on the beach in the center with calm waters for swimming and ideal for outdoor walking. You will have restaurants, bakeries, snack bars, bars, ice cream parlors all around and the traditional fair that is located on the street of the building. The building has a 24-hour entrance.
