Relax, this small 28 m2 cottage and its terrace will offer you a quiet break. Set in our garden, it is designed for two people. It is located on the edge of the forest, you will access the lake by a forest path in 10 minutes. The city center and its shops are 1.5 km away. Sanguinet – Biscarrosse bike path. between lake and forest. Beyond that, the ocean is 20 minutes away, Arcachon and the Dune du Pilat are 30 minutes away. Our pool and its surroundings will be accessible to you for shared use.

My place is a wooden house built by local carpenters with local timber. We use 100% renewable energy and even the waste is off grid. Situated in our 2 acre garden in a residential neighbourhood, opposite the pine forest. You can walk to the village for boulangerie and restaurants. We are 15 min from the Atlantic beaches of Contis. The Aerogrange Gîte

43 m2 cottage with a bedroom with bathroom and a 25 m2 living room. Open and well-equipped kitchen. A full west-facing terrace and a nice wood-burning stove for the winter. This gite, like our neighboring home, was self-built with the utmost respect for the environment: Wood and natural materials, phytosanitary purification with pond and plants, insulation and high-performance waterproofing. The charm of the old combined with energy efficiency. You'll test the dry toilet!

Our accommodation was refurbished in 2018. A Jacuzzi was installed in the garden, 2024. It has all the comforts expected of a modern home and in particular quality bedding. Due to the forest location, mobile network and Internet connection are not so good but get much better closer to the lake, 700 m away.
