Desde su gran terraza privada puede tener unas maravillosas vistas hacia el mar y las montañas. A pesar de la localización en las afueras, en 10 minutos en coche hasta el Puerto De la Cruz, y su famosa Playa Jardín y Loro Parque. También en torno a 10 minutos en coche podrá llegar a la Playa del Socorro en Los Realejos y al precioso pueblo de La Orotava. Una barbacoa en el jardín, así como en cada una de las terrazas privadas de la estancia, ofrece al cliente la posibilidad de preparar su propia comida y disfrutarla al aire libre. El studio 1 está equipado con una pequeña cocina, con 2 fuegos de inducción, pequeña nevera, cafetera, tostadora, exprimidor de naranja. En la misma habitación se encuentra una cama doble (1.50 m x 1.90 m), sofá, TV y una mesa. El baño es con ducha. Fuera cuenta con una agradable terraza privada con su BBQ, mesa y sillas, y lavadora, con vistas a la piscina. Mascotas del propietario en la finca, también pueden haber mascotas de otros huéspedes, ya que las mascotas siempre son bienvenidas.
