Wir sind Christa und Christian und haben 2024 in unserem hübschen Haus in Südlage mit herrlichem Ausblick auf die Wiesen und Wälder des Wienerwaldes eine Einleger-Wohnung errichtet. Die vielen Wandermöglichkeiten direkt vor der Haustür, die Poolbenutzung einerseits und die Nähe zur Stadtgrenze (6 Kilometer) machen die Unterkunft zu einem idealen Ausgangspunkt für eine Mischung aus Städtetripp und Erholung. Die Haltestelle befindet sich 3 Gehminuten entfernt (Achtung, Google maps ist falsch!)

The large attic apartment (with elevator) is bright and minimalistically furnished and has a bedroom, living room, bathroom, separate toilet, kitchen and balcony. It is located in the center of Tulln. The Donaulände, with beautiful places to take a walk, can be reached in a few minutes on foot. There is a large green area right on your doorstep. The power outlets are equipped with a child safety device. Highchair and toys (< 3 years) are provided. No WiFi and TV.

The bright and very quietly located apartment is on the top floor of a villa. Accessible via a private staircase, there is a room with kitchen, a large living room (dining table, corner sofa, and TV), three separate bedrooms, a bathroom, and a toilet, all on one level. There are many cozy spots in the large, fully fenced-in garden. From June to October, you can use the pool (heated by solar panels). 5 minutes to the bus to Vienna, 10 minutes to the train station

On the ground floor there is a double room, a fully equipped kitchen with a wood-burning stove, a playroom, a living room, shower, toilet and a large anteroom with a wardrobe. On the 2nd floor there is the 2nd double room with adjoining living room and an anteroom with wardrobe, as well as a bunk bed room. The rooms on the first floor are heated with infrared heating and a tiled stove in the sitting room. There is only 1 wood-burning stove on the 1st floor.

In the lowest part of our about 100-year-old detached house is a small, independent apartment with separate entrance and access to the garden. Small but nice and quiet location. In a minute's walk you are in the beautiful Vienna Forest and in 5 minutes you are at the train station, from which it is possible to reach Vienna within about 20 minutes. 2 adults and 1 to 2 children can be accommodated here, but up to 4 adults could also stay here.
