Spacious 1450 sf 2 BR Private Suite Apartment
This Apartment style basement suite is a comfy space with 1450 sf of living space. Dogs are welcome and we will also share our back fenced dog park! The basement has a private entry, Sleeps 9, and was renovated in 2022. Our home is comfortable with modern & vintage decor. Each bedroom has a bed, closet, dresser, nightstand & desk. We are not a wheelchair friendly home. We are a dog paradise and all breeds welcome. Our third sleeping area is a non-enclosed area you walk through to bedrooms.

Come relax at “Lured to the Lake” cabin minutes from Patoka Lake entrance, Winery, Distillery, and Brewery! Perfect for family adventures, romantic getaways, and ladies' weekends. The cabin sits on a peaceful, wooded 3/4 ac. surrounded by gorgeous southern Indiana nature. Watch wildlife from the hot tub or enclosed back porch. A picnic table, firepit, and Blackstone grill are available for use. The cabin also has corn hole boards and an air hockey table! Short drive to French Lick/West Baden.

The Storehouse - unique retreat near Holiday World
The Storehouse, a church built in the 1890s, is nestled in the serene backdrop of Grandview, Indiana. This former sanctuary has been thoughtfully transformed into a 3 BR home, perfectly blending old-world charm with contemporary amenities. You will love the original hardwood floors and stained glass windows in every room. Less than 15 min. from Holiday World and Lincoln State Park, there is much to do. Return and unwind in the private hot tub or gather around the fire pit under the stars.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This loft was made from wood sawn and milled on this farm. Enjoy Indiana hardwoods as they surround you in this space. Centrally located, you are not far from Holiday World, Jasper, Lincoln City, Patoka Lake and Historic Huntingburg. The Master Bedroom boasts a king-size bed. The living area has two twin beds, TV, WiFi and Kitchen. This space is perfect for singles, couples, or small families. Most love the spiral staircase and large deck.

Farm Stay with Sunset Views
This home is on a family farm in Spencer County, IN, just 15 minutes from Holiday World. It boasts open areas both inside and outside for family and friends to spend quality time together. We invite you to watch the cows graze and view the sunset from the back porch. Although the home is located on a rural gravel road, we are fortunate to provide fiber internet/WiFi and city water. The space comfortably sleeps 14 adults. 3 toddlers which don’t count toward occupancy. We offer 1 night stays

Christmas Cottage
One block away from Holiday World! This house is a close walk to the park and a 5m drive to Lincoln Boyhood National Park and many other attractions. The house has been lovingly prepared for a Christmas theme and is ready for guests with comfy bedding, updated kitchen and bathroom, large indoor and outdoor gathering area, and all sparkling clean. This house converts from an 8 person (upstairs only) to a 12-14 person (add 4 beds, bathroom, additional kitchenette, and washer and dryer).

Hattie's Hill Cottage
Cozy cottage located just behind the main home on the property (see photos). Relax by the pool, open seasonally, which is shared by the main house guests and host family, or enjoy an evening stroll out in the country. Conveniently located near Owensboro, Rockport, Hawesville, and Lewisport. The cottage features one flexible bedroom with either two twins or one California king, TV, well-stocked kitchen, dining/work space, comfortable recliners, and access to the beautiful grounds.

Perfect for couples! Thoughtfully designed with a soothing, rustic chic asthetic. Enjoy the peace and quiet, the wildlife, beautiful views and gorgeous sunsets from the tree tops! Propane fire pit on deck & wood fire pit in the yard with wood provided. About a 15 min drive into Owensboro which is a very cool year-round Rivertown with plenty of restaurants, shops, pubs, and especially the beautiful park. We are also on the Bourbon Trail! Bring your kayaks and enjoy the lake!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The wooded property provides maintained walking trails for plenty of wildlife viewing pleasure and exercise. The property also features a swimming pond. Location is 8 miles from Lincoln State Park and Lincoln Amphitheater. 10 miles from Interlake State Off Road Recreation Area. 13 miles from Holiday World. 30 miles from Evansville casinos. This is a four season resort/stay, with long summers and mild winters.

Eagle Pines Cabin (Eagle Adventures LLC)
Relax w/us at our beautiful, comfortable, and private Eagle Pines Cabin. We are 12 miles from Holiday World. The Cabin has its own private hot tub and also includes a private fire pit and we supply the firewood. Cabin is stocked with everything you’ll need. Hosts are on site, but out of sight. Our other rentals are Eagles Nest (3BR option) and Eagles Nest Plus (4BR option). Starting with the 2026 season check out will be at 10 am ON SUNDAYS ONLY, 11AM all other days.
