Cowan Lake is primarily a ‘fishing’ lake. There are no beaches available, however, residents do enjoy water skiing, paddle boards and kayaks—we supply 2 kayaks and a 12 ft. aluminum boat. We are a retired couple residing on the upper level. Your lower level space is private and picturesque with its own entrance. Come and enjoy!

Cabin Jr. is very bright and homey. It has been renovated and is a one room cabin with a bathroom containing a shower, toilet and vanity. The cabin is best suited for two adults. There is a double bed, as well as a sectional which makes into a single bed for children. A sleeping pad is provided for those needing their own bed. For cooler days there is an electric fireplace as well as base board heating. AC for hot days. The cabin is next to the boat launch, playground and beaches.
