Naturhaus Altmühltal

Our nature house consists entirely of natural building materials and uses the synergy effects of radiant heat and solar energy. The untreated wood is constructed according to the system of Bio-Solar-Haus, whereby no paint or other preservatives were processed. The solid wood floors throughout the house are oiled. In addition to natural wood such as stone pine and oak, other natural materials such as natural stone from the region (Jura marble) have been processed. The construction of the Bio-Solar house allows a natural air circulation and thus dispenses with the disadvantages of ventilation systems. There are no convection formed due to a built-ceiling and wall radiant heating.Through the house-in-house system (without vapor barrier), the water vapor can diffuse freely to the outside, causing no condensation and mold. Given the low heating energy demand in the house and the use of solar radiation, no fossil fuels are needed. Solar energy is the main energy source, only in winter can be heated if necessary with the wood stove. Service we are happy to bring you fresh, crispy and wholesome bread rolls from a BIO-bakery from our region.

Es erwartet Sie eine neu renovierte Unterkunft mit liebevoll eingerichteten Zimmern, zwei modernen Bädern und einer vollausgestatteten Küche. Es stehen kostenlose Parkplätze am Haus zur Verfügung. WLAN ist kostenfrei nutzbar. Unser Ferienhaus ist für bis zu 6 Personen (+ Babybetten) wunderbar geeignet, z.B. auch für Familientreffen sowie für Motorrad-, Radfahrer und Wanderer und alle, die sich eine Auszeit gönnen wollen.

Willkommen in unserem auch selbst genutztem Ferienhaus. Unser Anspruch in der vollständigen Sanierung im letzten Jahr war es Form, Funktion und Nachhaltigkeit zu vereinen. Wir freuen uns sehr wenn ihr das Ferienhaus für euch selbst entdeckt. Mein Highlight im Haus ist der großzügige Wohnessbereich wo man auch mit großen Gruppen gemütlich sitzt. Bei Sonnenschein ist das Highlight natürlich der riesige Naturgarten, ob auf der Terrasse unter dem Nussbaum oder im Liegestuhl auf der Wiese

The quiet cottage is on the edge of the woods near a residential estate. There are many leisure opportunities because the cottage is located between the "Altmühltal" and the "Fränkischen Seenland" so you can do many different trips. Because of the quiet and peaceful location of our cottage we decided not to install WiFi so our guest can take time out.

Das Ferienhaus bietet Ihnen Urlaubsfeeling auf zwei Etagen in einem ehemaligen Bauernhaus aus dem 18. Jahrhundert – Genießen Sie Ihre freien Tage in unserem kernsanierten Ferienhaus.

Haus Babette

Das kleine Häuschen befindet sich im beschaulichen Wintersdorf. 2014 wurde es von Grund auf renoviert und steht seitdem Reisenden als gemütliche und preiswerte Unterkunft zur Verfügung. Damit die Anreise komfortabel und passend gestaltet werden kann, nutzen wir einen Keysafe. Somit ist eine flexible Anreise ab 16 Uhr möglich.
