Mondello Luxury Apartment

At just 50meters from Mondello beach!!! Luxury apartment with sea & village view. All the amenities for a perfect holiday near this sea of tropical colors! Many shops just nearby make things easy. Parking outside is free from October 1st to end of May after you have to pay on blu stripes from 08:00 to 20:00. In Some street without blue stripes you can park for free even between June and Sept. We do not have any private parking. Another option is a private garage just below our apartment.

Casa Terra Mare is 30 meters from the Falcone airport.

Conveniently located both by car and on foot. The house is very close to the center and a 10-minute walk from the first beach Cala Petrolo and its beachfront Playa 20/30 m. always on foot. The house has numerous amenities: great washing machine, great wife, clothesline, air conditioning, and much more. Public street parking and walking distance to restaurants, bars, bakeries, pharmacies, etc. “Terra Mare” is truly convenient for enjoying the nightlife and having a good time.

The house in the village

The house is located in the center of the ancient village of Scopello. The newly renovated house has two bedrooms, one of which is a double, a large living room with a kitchen, and a private bathroom complete with a shower. The living room overlooks a charming and quiet pedestrian street. For almost the entire year, Scopello is a limited traffic zone; we therefore offer our guests the possibility to park their car at one of our private properties about 400 meters away.
