Independent house in the heart of the village (shops and restaurants 50 meters away and supermarket 3 minutes' drive), located in the Gatinais Natural Park. Come and discover a region rich in heritage: Fontainebleau 15 minutes away (world-famous climbing blocks, hikes, its castle...), Barbizon 10 minutes away, Provins, Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte... You can reach Paris in 45 minutes, direct access to A6 highway or by train in 25 minutes from Melun train station (possible access by bus from Perthes). Disneyland Paris Park 1 hr. Accommodation: Old barn renovated in 2021, offering fully equipped accommodation with a kitchen, bathroom with toilet, mezzanine bedroom. Ideal for two people but possibility of two additional beds on the living room sofa bed. A private terrace is available. Two bikes are available on request, one with a baby seat. Very pleasant, recently renovated detached house situated at the bottom of the garden, quiet, 60 square meters. Benefits from a private entrance and parking, and a roof covered with grass. 5 minutes walk from the train station that, every 30 min, takes you to the centre of Paris, or to Disneyland in 20 min. Walking distance to the town centre and its shops. Close to Lagny and its farmers' market (three times a week and Sunday) and its many shops. The garden is big, common with our own house.
