Inside the Loft, the spaces flow continuously from the entrance “courtyard” to the bedroom suite, although privacy is not lost, thanks to elements such as the large sliding door in the suite or the curtains in the living room, which allow you to separate it when used for sleeping, unfolding your comfortable sofa bed. We can accommodate 4 adults and if you are traveling with children and want to have another 2 additional places for them, we can offer you an extra bed in the suite, as long as you notify us in advance. The loft is a former commercial space converted into housing, so it does not share common areas with the rest of the block, having an independent exit to the street. Our guests will receive personalized attention to explain everything about the accommodation. We also give you recommendations on places to visit, places to eat, how to move around the city, providing you with maps, etc. Located in a characteristic neighborhood of the century neighborhood, in the San Lorenzo district, the loft is located next to the Guadalquivir, in front of the Cartuja, surrounded by squares and churches of very important cultural, artistic and monumental value. Recommended bars and restaurants are in abundance and the tourist office is only a few minutes’ walk from the apartment. The flat has been completely refurbished after its renovation in March 2017. The design encompasses the typical ‘Sevillian’ style with a contemporary twist, bringing together a perfect combination of comfort and tradition. It is located on a very quiet and safe pedestrian street. As a final complement, there is a public car park less than 1 minute walk away providing easy access to the apartment if arriving by car. The apartment comprises of a cosy bedroom with a large, comfortable double bed, an ensuite bathroom, an open-plan living/dining room with a double sofa bed and a dining table, plus a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, various small appliances: "Dolce Gusto" coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and all crockery and tableware you may need. The apartment has high quality air conditioning for the summer months and heating for the winter, a Smart-TV and high-speed Wi-Fi internet connection. Washing machine, cleaning products, iron and ironing board are also all at your disposal.
