Located in one of the best residential areas in Córdoba. Bus stop 100 meters from the house. Supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants 500 meters away. 3 km from downtown Córdoba. Ground floor annex, of a 2-story single-family house, with totally independent entrances between them. Large living room with large window with exit to the garden, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, one of them with a whirlpool bathtub, it has three quite spacious bedrooms and one of them with a dressing room.

Beautiful brand new house.

This home has a special charm. It has been fully restored. The accommodation is completely independent of the family home, it is large, spacious and with lots of light. Two bedrooms are available, one double and one master bedroom with a terrace, an outdoor bathroom and a very spacious and light-filled lobby. Close to all amenities, train and hiking trails. Exquisite cuisine in the area. I really like people and I know how to connect well with everyone.
