In a palace from the 1500, we arranged mini characteristic apartments with wooden beams in sight, stone or wooden floors, a magnificent view over the Gulf of Cagliari. All the apartments have a living area with double bed and sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom, bed clothes, towels and air-conditioning. The apartments are located in the historic centre of Cagliari, “Castello” ( castle ), where you can find all major attractions, the city's entertainment, museums, nightlife and shopping streets. Public transports link you easily from the apartments to the rest of the city. Buena Vista Apartments are close to the harbor, the railway station, they’re a few kilometers away from the airport and only 4 Km from Cagliari’s famous beach: Poetto.

La casa è a pochi metri dalla spiaggia di Solanas. La villetta è situata in un piccolo complesso immobiliare davanti alla spiaggia ed in prossimità di una bellissima scogliera. La composizione è la seguente: ingresso salone con l'angolo cottura, 3 camere da letto di cui due matrimoniale e una doppia con letto a castello e due bagni. Completano la casa la meravigliosa terrazza vista mare, il posto auto e l’ ampio e curato giardino condominiale dove sono presenti tre docce esterne e il barbecue.

Die Landhäuser liegen in einem großen gepflegten Anwesen von 10000 qm zwischen einem Olivenhain und wilde Ecken am Grundstücksende zum Indianerspielen. Die Landhäuser liegen ruhig und etwas versteckt am Fluss Rio Chia und sind nur 10 Minuten fußläufig entfernt zum nächsten Strand. Ein großer Pool von 15m Länge und 1m bis 1,80m Tiefe befindet sich hinter dem Rasen. Zwei Sandstrände sind in 10 bis 15 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen.
