Station House

Your hosts live on the property and we are therefore not subject to the new regulations. Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished two bedroom/one bath net-zero carriage house on an acreage. Situated on the Galloping Goose at 44km mar guests can cycle in/out, are minutes from Town Centre and Sooke Potholes. Relax in the evening on the balcony overlooking the garden listening to the birds. Pets are welcome provided they get along with the resident cat and dog.

Welcome to your private oceanfront getaway Nestled in a (distanced) private area of our property awaits this 40 foot rustic/industrial style converted bus. Take in the ocean view of the Sooke Basin and the mountains of Washington state across the strait of Juan De Fuca. Enjoy a visit from our dog, Argo, who lives on the property and loves our guests. The Cove at Otter Point is a luxury oceanfront vacation rental with 180 degree breathtaking views of the Juan de Fuca Strait west of Sooke, B.C. This 3600 sq. ft. contemporary home is perfect for families or couples wanting an authentic west coast experience. Please note that we are at capacity for weddings and events for 2027 at this time unless the guest list includes only persons staying on the property. We will not be hosting weddings in 2028.

A 30 minute drive from Victoria, or approximately 3 hour bike ride if you’re feeling adventurous.
