A cozy apartment in lower Sopot, located in a beautiful tenement house with a huge garden. The studio is located on the 4th floor, unfortunately without an elevator, but the views from the window should compensate for this minor inconvenience :) The apartment is exceptionally well located for both people who want to relax and those who are looking for entertainment offered by the city. Everything is close: the beach, the railway station, restaurants, shops, cinema and theater. Everything is at your fingertips and at the same time in a quiet part of the resort.

We offer our guests a newly renovated, fully equipped apartment on the 2nd floor of a century-old, historic tenement house. Inside, there is a spacious bedroom, living room, bathroom, kitchenette and a charming veranda with a beautiful view of the sea in winter. A parking space in the building is available in even months.
