While the white sandy beaches and emerald-green waters of the Gulf Coast alone are worth the trip, who wouldn’t want to try fishing and enjoy some of the best seafood in the country? Whether from the shore or on a charter boat, there are plenty of opportunities to catch and savor fresh seafood. Or take a river cruise on the Ochlocknee or Wakulla Rivers. You might even spot manatees or “Old Joe.” Tubing over the deep blue springs or water skiing with friends rounds out the experience. In the mood for a fancy dinner? The local Angelo’s Seafood Restaurant is right next door! Just a five-minute drive away, you’ll find Trident, the newest and freshest restaurant in the area. Our home is ready for you to feel completely at ease. A Keurig coffee maker ensures a refreshing start to your day. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals. The cottage is nestled on a wooded lot and is a quick walk around the corner to the gorgeous spring-fed Wakulla River home to migratory and resident manatees! Watch manatees swim by from community dock where you can bird watch, swim and fish. Bring your kayaks or canoe or use one of ours to explore the river and swim in the spring-fed waters.
