Off the grid hut midden op de Vinkeveense Plassen

Op nog geen 20 minuten rijden van Amsterdam en 10 minuten varen, waan je jezelf helemaal in de natuur. Midden op de plas met wijds uitzicht, staat deze offgrid blokhut, van alle gemakken voorzien: De zonnepanelen geven electriciteit voor licht, ijskast, koffie machine en een warme douche! Koken op een 4 pits luxe binnen keuken gaat op gas. De WC is nieuw met een mobiele troley onder de WC (niet zichtbaar en je hoeft het ook niet zelf te legen). Alles is net nieuw en op top luxe ingericht.

As the boat is not covered by Airbnb's insurance, a refundable €500 security deposit is required for its use.

In de tuin kunt u lekker luieren in een hangmat, trampoline springen, kanoën, suppen en zwemmen vanaf je eigen steiger. In de omgeving kunt u verder wandelen en fietsen naar het nabijgelegen dorp Breukelen en/of wandelen langs de Vecht. Vanaf station Breukelen bent u met de trein binnen 25 minuten in het centrum van Amsterdam of Utrecht.

Prachtige 6-persoons woning. Van alle gemakken voorzien o.a. regendouche, oven, vaatwasmachine etc. Voor de deur ligt de prachtige rivier de Vecht waar je heerlijk in kan zwemmen. Amsterdam is slechts 30 minuten rijden. Het huis staat vooraan op een vakantiepark waar van de faciliteiten gebruik gemaakt kan worden zoals tennisbaan, kinderbadje en een heerlijke pizzeria. Let op: De trap naar de 2de verdieping is enigszins stijl. Minder geschikt voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn.

Rustige kindvriendelijke buurt, met een groot voetbal/ speelplein op 2 minuten lopen. De rivier de Vecht loopt van Utrecht naar Amsterdam en ligt op 100 meter. De Vecht is perfect om in te zwemmen of met een bootje op te varen. Bootverhuur zit op 300meter. Heel zonnige tuin op het zuiden, incl BBQ. Op de oprit kunnen vier auto’s staan en heeft een Tesla charger. Hartje Utrecht is op 10 min met de auto of 20 min fietsen. Amsterdam is 20 minuten met de auto. Winkelcentrum 5 minuten.

There are two luxury studios: "Rietkraag" & "Water"! Each has its own entrance and is equipped with a complete kitchen (including combi oven/microwave, nespresso coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, hob, cutlery, glasses & cups, plates and pans), 1 x double bed, shower, separate toilet, Smart TV, Free Wifi and balcony overlooking the Lakes. En daarna heerlijk BBQ-en. Er is een kleine buitenkeuken met warm & koud water. Als de avonden wat frisser zijn, steek je de houtkachel lekker aan. Optioneel kun je een leuk boottochtje maken op de plas, wij verhuren de boot met een krachtige elektrische fluistermotor.
