From the apartment, it's a short distance to Aker, the city center, shops, restaurants, cafes, schools, sports facilities, great hiking areas, and the center of Leirvik with all its services. Towels and bed linen are included in the price. There is a foldaway bed that can be placed in the living room.

Large, family-friendly house near the lake

Large, modern and family-friendly house with plenty of space both inside and outside. Here you will find, among other things, two newly refurbished bathrooms with bathtub and shower, gym, large terrace with several seating groups outdoors, barbecue, large outdoor area/lawn, sandpit, etc. The house is only a few minutes walk from the lake, with its beach, diving board and playground. Aker Solutions is also only a few minutes walk from the house. Stord Sports Park and Heiane Storsenter are about 2 kilometers away.

Newly renovated, bright and cozy apartment in the basement, approx. 55 sqm. Private entrance and small seating area outside. Bedroom with 120 cm bed, as well as sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, at the end towards the forest. A few minutes walk to the beach and Hystadmarkjo nature reserve with a nice hiking area.
