The cabin is large, spacious and open. The surrounding area has good hiking conditions both on foot, by skis and by bike. There is a possibility of hunting and fishing. Right outside the door there is a well-developed network of well-groomed ski slopes. There is a short distance to the alpine resorts in Trysilfjellet (25 minutes) and Sälen (35 minutes).

Exclusive and modern accommodation with ski in- ski out location in Stöten/Sälen. Architect-designed semi-detached house of 55 square meters, consisting of two bedrooms, kitchen, TV room, bathroom and sauna. The downstairs bedroom: a bunk bed with a lower bed 160 cm wide and an upper bed 120 cm. The bedroom upstairs: one double bed and one single bed. Full ceiling height to the ridge in the kitchen. With delightful views of the slopes from the balcony on the top floor and the pool area just outside. During the summer, there is a swimming pool and paddle facility next to the apartment building. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful, smoke-free accommodation. Proximity to Görälven where you can rent a canoe, etc. No pets/smoking. Men's and women's saunas on the third floor. Free parking. There are plenty of bike paths. The property is cleaned by the tenant upon departure. Bed sheets, towels, toilet paper, and dishwashing detergent are brought by the tenant. The key to the front door of the house is picked up two kilometers before the property. Then there is a code lock on the apartment.

This apartment is in Stöten in the Pistbyn area, which is located in the middle of the hill. The apartment has ski-in/ski-out both to the World Cup slope that goes to Stöten square and to the Alven slope that leads down to the ski square. It has beautiful views of the mountains and is located about 100 meters from Stöten square where restaurants/after ski, shops and ski rental are available. The Mountain Lodge hotel with restaurant, spa & relaxation with outdoor pool is also just below.
