This is a lovely 14 x 70 remodeled mobile home, centrally located. Sits on half acre lot, has a detached garage,fenced in, nice yard for up to 2 dogs NO CATS, and ADULTS ,30+. NO CHILDREN,PLEASE. Also has 50 " front porch to sit outside. 6 miles from Bristol Raceway,close to Johnson City, Kingsport, Jonesboro, Virginia, and North Carolina.Lots of things to do, like fishing, hiking,white water rafting,flea marketing,lots of close eating places. and breweries. Or, just relax on the front porch!:)

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for lots of fun. Quiet, rural neighborhood that is super private but very convenient to restaurants and supermarkets. Ten minutes to Warriors State Park, 20 minutes to Bays Mountain Park. Kingsport, Johnson City, Bristol, Jonesboro and Elizabethton within 10 to 25 miles. Close to Bristol Motor Speedway ( Speedway in Lights!). Only six miles to Eastman - super convenient for traveling professionals.

Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with loft and two gas fireplaces. Home is located in Tri-Cities, north Johnson City. Close to Bristol Motor Speedway, Tri-Cities Airport, Universities, and the Great Smokey Mountains. Sleeps up to eight people, with a king, 2 queen, pullout sofa, daybed, and futon. Super comfortable and very clean. Centrally located. This home is right at the start of the famous "Snake", curvy road leading to Shady Valley. Close to many of the favorite attractions. VA Creeper Trail, Backbone Rock and Bristol Motor Speedway and Boone NC is close by.
