Our condo is a corner unit on the top floor (accessible via elevator) of building G in the North Coast Village.

Spacious, clean and well furnished beach condo, A312, at North Coast Village. Updated decor in May 2026. A/C in downstairs bedroom. Sand toys, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas provided. Ocean waves are heard and seen from upstairs deck and master suite. Short walk to the beach, pier, harbor, restaurants, movie theater, etc. Free wifi. Complex has pools, jacuzzi, gym, indoor garage. PLEASE NOTE: We have a sound sensitive neighbor, please no running/loud noises on first floor.

Welcome to Tower 6 ¾, our cozy, romantic, modern and newly remodeled 1-bedroom condo with whitewater views. We are just above Tower 7 at the south end of the Oceanside strand. Our space is bright and beautiful with accommodations for 4 people. Enjoy panoramic ocean views inside and out! Walk to the beach (sand is 10 min walk), fabulous restaurants, bars, and breweries in minutes or just sit on the patio and enjoy the breathtaking views.
