Beautiful, centrally located riad. Just two minutes from the Royal Palace and Avenue Mohamed V. 18th century building composed of three floors and terrace with 360º views. It has 5 rooms with en-suite bathrooms and 1 room with an en-suite bathroom opposite, Arab-style lounges, and a kitchen. It's a beautiful house inside the medina. The ground floor has a central patio, around which there is an Arabian living room with arches, a bedroom with 5-meter high ceilings with its bathroom, a toilet, a small living room and a traditional fountain. On the first floor we have a room with bathroom in front and arab rooms around a balcony overlooking the central patio on the ground floor. On the second floor we have four bedrooms with a bathroom inside, a kitchen and an Arabian living room that overlooks three of the bedrooms, a small terrace. And lastly, on the third floor, there is a terrace with beautiful views of Tetouan and its mountains. Mounir, and sometimes Maite as well, stay at the riad and can help you with anything you need: where to go, where to exchange money, what to see in the medina... If not, we can also advise you online. The most practical way to get around is by taxi, which are inexpensive. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe; since it is a pedestrian-only, dead-end street, the only people who pass by are the residents. They are very friendly and willing to help.
