This sunny, spacious private floor has its own livingroom with a balcony, a pantry microwave), a big bedroom with adjacent bathroom. The harbour, the beach and nice restaurants are close by. Tram nr 17 and 11 stop right around the corner and brings you to the city-center within several minutes. The beach is only a 14 minute walk away.
