In the winter you can snuggle up next to the fireplace or in the summer you can jump off the dock and go swimming! We are 6 miles away from The Mercantile (10 minute drive). This tiny house in a tiny western Kansas town offers rest and relaxation. Arrive early to enjoy a beautiful western Kansas sunset and sleep peacefully! This house was built by my high school students and I at Ness City High School. There is a concrete patio with a fire pit to enjoy the evening. Our neighbors to the west often have calves and the neighbors to the north horses in their pasture. Coming so will be a small laundromat to the south of the tiny house. Come be our guest!

This cute little hut sits just behind our main house. You get your own private space on the land. Heating and air are a must in Oklahoma and we got you covered so you are comfortable all year long. You also get access to our beautiful outdoor shower and our amazing compost toilet for a truly unique experience. Included in the hut is a mini fridge, microwave, pour over coffee, along with plates, utensils, and towels.
