Ideal for 2 guests, but we can accommodate up to 4 people thanks to the sofa bed. Public parking is 100 meters from the property (historic center of the village, limited traffic): you need to climb about 80 steps to access the property. No air conditioning.

Un Gioiello di Vista Lago

The house is located in the beautiful and quiet town of Tosnacco (upper part of Moltrasio), which is one of the nicest little towns along lake Como and quite close to the center of Como. From the public parkings it is a ca. 200m walk up to my house - might be unconvenient with huge luggage. To compensate for the climb, there is a wonderful lakeview from the balcony. Down to the church and center of Moltrasio with restaurants and little supermarket it is a ca. 10 minutes walk.
