Nice and quiet 2-room apartment with large shaded balcony in the Deux Lions district, ideal for a couple, it can accommodate up to 4 people. Located 2 minutes' walk from a tram station that will take you to Tours train station in 10 minutes. On the shores of Lake Tours and its fitness trail and 10 minutes from the aquatic center. 5-minute walk to a shopping mall with restaurants, cinemas, bowling. Reminder: The apartment must be returned clean, cleaning done, otherwise there will be a charge of €30.

Bed linen, blankets, duvets, towels, kitchen towels are included. Swimming pool secured by a lockable high shelter. In winter, the pool is not available. Gite classified 3 stars. This place isn't suitable for people with disabilities.
