Cozy apartment in an apartment building centrally located in Trondheim. The apartment is located in the backyard of an older apartment building from 1878 in the heart of Ila. There is a private entrance to the apartment. The landlord lives in his own part of the apartment building. The apartment consists of a room that is a combined living room and kitchen. In addition, the apartment has a hallway with sliding door wardrobe, bathroom with washing machine, dryer and new shower cabin, loft with sleeping alcoves and terrace outside the apartment. Walking distance to most places, but also good bus connections.

The apartment is a 3-room apartment with parking space and two good bedrooms. The largest room, approx. 10 m2, has a double bed, 150x200, with a desk and a closet. Bedroom 2 has a pull-out bed and two 2x90 cm mattresses, and a closet. Living room and kitchen with access to the internet. The kitchen has most of the kitchen equipment, a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer and a stove. Nice bathroom with washing machine. The apartment has a private terrace with a lovely view. Short way to the city centre and Bakklandet. Private parking space on the outside of the building.

Characteristic and cosy loft apartment! Only 10 min bike/30 min walk downtown. Also the tram and bus have departures from Breidablikk station(5min walk) every 10-15min. Master bedroom with a double bed. The office comes with a work- place and a sleeping sofa that fits 2 pax. There is an madrass up on the loft that also can sleep 1 pax(you'll have to climb a ladder to get there) I have 3 duvets. The apartment is in a quiet area but still quite close to the city, and the view from here is amazing!

Apartment located high up in the mountains, with private driveway. When is winter, it is recommended that guests park a car down and go about 5 min up to the apartment. It is unique view from the apartment with its own balcony.
