Sombrero Peak Mini Ranch

This is a travel trailer in a small fenced yard separate from the main house. It is within the larger fenced yard containing the main house, a garden, a chicken coop, and an emu pen. In a quiet neighborhood with large lots and away from traffic noise. Our dog, Coco, and a pig, Lizzy, wander in the main yard & are friendly. There is also an older gray pig that wonders around occasionally but she is not as friendly as the others. There is a washer & dryer in the shop building next to the RV,

This could be a perfect retreat for the financially savvy. It is a 36-foot fifth-wheel RV with slide-outs. It feels very roomy and is perfect for one guest or a couple. You will be located on a five-acre lot. (You do have neighbors.) The location is in a fairly private area. The views are wonderful. The property is located up against the hills of Tucson Mountain State Park, which has lots of trails and walking paths.
