Klais is located at about 940 meters above sea level. In 2015 and 2022, the G7 / Summit, including Barak Obama, took place here. A place to spend the summer as well as the winter. Hiking, mountain biking, motorcycle tours, as well as cross-country skiing in winter and of course classic skiing is possible in and around Klais. Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Mittenwald and Seefeld can be reached in 10 to 20 minutes. All bus and train rides are free of charge with the guest card.

Cosy room with private bathroom and all the comforts in a 500 year old mountain farmhouse. Absolutely quiet location, facing south, above Bad Reichenhall. Large garden with fireplace, arbor, hammock. Piano, drums, guitar in the house. Infrared and Finnish sauna, meditation room,electric mountain bikes for rent.
