The place is ideal for a quiet getaway, overlooking the canal and the mountain and a small garden. It has a fully equipped kitchen, double bed, compartmentalized bathroom, wifi and smart TV. The heating is by radiant slab. It is in a residential mountain neighborhood, just a 15/20-minute walk down to downtown or a 5-minute drive. There is a grocery store 2 blocks away and the forest is only 150 meters away. It is accessed by a staircase that is shared with the main house

Located just 10 minutes from downtown by car , taxi or remis , 30 minute walk , public transport just 700 meters .. You'll love my place because the space is cozy , bright with a wonderful wood stove. The view is to the forest and mountains.
