Comfortable, modern and quiet 2 bedroom apartment in premium condo, with privileged location at La Patacona beach. Featuring partial relaxing sea views from the private terrace and all modern comforts: swimming pool, elevator, air conditioning / heating, concierge, Fiber Optic 100 MB WiFi, in a trendy area with lots of nice restaurants & bars nearby and really well communicated with the city centre. Has everything that a couple, or a family would need for a relaxing stay in Valencia's seaside. My home is located on the 3rd floor of a new, modern condo with communal swimming pool (open from mid June to mid September, without lifeguard), which has an elevator and offers concierge service. It features a spacious living room with fully equiped open concept kitchen, a very nice terrace offering side sea views, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The living room offers a comfortable sofa, a flat screen TV, and a nice dining table with four chairs. A floor-to-ceiling sliding glass door opens to the private terrace, featuring side sea views and a table with 4 chairs. This is the ideal space for al fresco dining (possible nearly all year round), sipping a glass of Valencian wine or simply continue lounging after a day out in the beach. In the fully-equipped kitchen you’ll find everything you might need to prepare a quick meal: kitchenware, tableware, oven, microwave, diswasher, vitroceramic hob, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and a toaster. I also provide some basic kitchen condiments such as oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, pepper and some others, and detergent for washing crockery, to avoid you the hassle and cost of this basic shopping. In both bedrooms there is a comfy double bed to ensure a good night's rest, and both of them have a closet with enough room for your clothes. The brand-new bathroom features a standing shower. I provide complimentary bath amenities such as hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap. Clean, fresh bed linen and bath towels are also provided. The high speed Internet connection will make it possible for you to stay connected or get some work done, should you need to. If you need a travel cot for your baby, don’t hesitate to ask! I could arrange it. The apartment has also an integrated air conditioning / heating system, to ensure the maximum comfort. The cleaning fee refers to the cleaning of the apartment after departure. No cleaning service is offered during the stay. Please ask if you are missing something and I will be delighted to assist with whatever I can. Once you complete the reservation, I will send you a document with some information regarding the apartment, personal insider tips on what to do and visit, and some local restaurant and bars recommendations, to help you make the best out of your stay in La Patacona and Valencia. For stays of more than 28 days, the costs of supplies (water, electricity and WIFI) are included up to a limit of € 150 / month, enough to enjoy all the comforts of the house. The tenant would pay the difference in case of exceeding this limit.

Luxury suite in front of the Mercado Colón in Valencia. Only adults. Only adults. Adults only. The Suite has very spacious areas that are totally independent. It is a unique space with very high ceilings and has been recently renovated. It is an entire place, a top-notch space with completely independent access. The first thing that catches your eye is the very high ceilings. It is a luxury suite with a single, very spacious room with two large windows (from which you can see the Mercado Colón from the side), making it a very cheerful and spacious space. The only bed is 180 cm wide and high quality. Next to the room there is a large luxury bathroom, the other smaller bathroom is next to a large kitchen-dining room and close to the access to the Suite. The qualities are of the highest level and the decoration is very cheerful and simple. The entrance hall area to the suite is spacious and everything has its charm. The spaces are spacious with light and cheerful tones. The kitchen is top-notch and has everything you need and very elegant and modern furniture. We take care of the details and don't want anything missing. In the middle of the kitchen is a very large rectangular table. The kitchen bathroom is very charming with special and nice tones. The master bathroom is spectacular, luxurious and very spacious. The heating is radiators by gas city and the hot air conditioner is of high quality. Important information note. Daily laundry. We have a laundry service (washer and dryer) included in the price for the everyday clothes you wear during your stay on weekdays. As the washer dryer is not inside the Suite, we take care of the daily laundry and drying (this service is included in the price). My partner Leticia or I, José Luís, will always be available through the Airbnb chat. We want to be in touch with you via Airbnb chat if you wish and to resolve any matter that is within our reach. We have a laundry service (washer and dryer) included in the price for daily clothes that you use during your stay on working days (not for washing clothes from the past). If you need to iron, you have two options. Ironing utensils will be available. The photos may vary very slightly, they are decorative touches and simple replacement of fabrics. The offer and the atmosphere will always be of the utmost detail. First of all, I would like to let you know that, in terms of space and amenities, this self-contained suite is in no way inferior to a double room in a top 5-star hotel. The kitchen countertop, kitchen table, and induction hob area floor are protected from hot utensils or spills. Remember, our accommodation is for adults only.

A 40-square-meter apartment on the first floor of El Cabañal, with a 15-step staircase typical of the construction in the Poblados Marítimos of Valencia! Staircase that gives access to two apartments, both of which I own. My daughter and I live upstairs with independent access. I am available at all times via the app, 24 hours a day. For any questions, needs, or problems, you can count on us! If something breaks in this house, it's okay. You don't have to pay for it!! At check-out time, the most important thing is not to forget anything you might need later.
