Enjoy your stay in Malaga even more by staying in this pleasant one-bedroom apartment. You can relax in a cozy living room with street-facing balconies while resting on a comfortable 3-seater sofa. If you feel like a little relaxation, there's a smart TV where you can connect to your account on any content platform. The kitchen is integrated into the living room and has everything you need in case you decide to cook during your stay: a refrigerator-freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, and all the necessary utensils. We have a hand blender on request and depending on availability. For dining, there is a dining table and chairs. When it's time to rest, you have a bedroom with a 150x200 cm double bed, and the sofa bed in the living room is very comfortable and can be converted into a 140x190 cm bed. In addition, you can get some fresh air in a small patio with access from the room. You have a bathroom with a comfortable rain shower, hair dryer, and towels. We provide the soap, bath gel, and shampoo. We have a Wi-Fi connection so you can enjoy the Internet without problems, whether to watch a series, share your photos, talk to your family on a video call, or work if you have no other choice. There is also central air conditioning and heating throughout the apartment, so you don't have to worry about the summer heat or the cold in the winter months. - We will leave a dose of detergent and fabric softener in your apartment so you don't have to worry about buying them. In addition, we offer free breakfast so you can have something to eat before leaving. - We'll leave you a basket with everything for you to enjoy however and whenever you want. Breakfast includes: milk, coffee, infusions, bread, oil, butter, jam, and something sweet. If you have any allergies or intolerances, please let us know 48 hours before your arrival. Please note: Some elements of the facilities may vary slightly from the photographs. - According to current regulations, we must provide the personal details of all guests to the authorities. Therefore, when you confirm the reservation, we will send you the information to check in online, where you must provide your personal data before the day of arrival. When you have completed the online check-in, you will receive an entry code for the outside door and another for your apartment door. - Bookings of 3 apartments or more may be subject to surcharges and special conditions. At the time of booking confirmation, payment of a security deposit will be requested. - For group bookings and/or on high-occupancy dates, a deposit of €200 per apartment will be requested upon arrival for possible damages. It will be paid in cash and refunded at check-out once the accommodation has been inspected.
