THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

Luta dig tillbaka och koppla av i detta lugna, eleganta boende vid Kattegatt cykelled med egen ingång, eget badrum och balkong i väster mot lövskog. Boendet ligger ca 1 km från vacker cykel/promenadväg längs havet till Stråvalla strand/badplats (ca 3 km) med kiosk(sommartid), lekplats, parkering och stor separat djurstrand. Boendet har kyl, mikrovågsugn, vattenkokare, kaffebryggare, brödrost, porslin etc. (ej spis). Disk lämnas till värden. Babysäng (0- 3år) och babystol ordnas vid förfrågan.

Övre Järkholmen

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende med utsikt som sträcker sig över hela askimsfjorden ända ut till Tistlarna. Här kan ni sitta och studera naturen, skärgården, höra måsarnas skri till morgonkaffet och gå ner och ta ett morgondopp det första ni gör. Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad. Welcome to Bua! A tiny house with a nice atmosphere, what we in Sweden call an "Attefallshus". Its 25 square metre, with a sleeping loft. Only 600m to the sea and just 100m to a small forest with nice walks. Bua is a small fishing village at the west coast of Sweden, close to Gothenburg (65km), Kungsbacka (38km) Varberg (25km) & the famous shopping place GeKås Ullared (50km). Sjöstugan

Mitt ställe ligger precis vid stranden mitt i naturen. Nära Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter flygplats, Göteborg, Borås. Du kommer att älska mitt ställe på grund av det sjönära och naturnära läget. Mitt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer (med barn).Stugan är på ca 30 kvadratmeter och tillhörande bastustuga med dusch, wc och tvätt är på ca 15 kvadratmeter. Fri tillgång till kanot för hyresgäster. Bra möjligheter för fiske, motorbåt finns att hyra!

Här bor du nära natur och hav i ett mycket lugnt område. Boendet är smakfullt inrett som skapar lugn och harmoni. Boendet håller hög nivå och med 2 uteplatser. Fina promenader längs stränderna eller skogarna i direkt anslutning till huset. Detta boende passar dig som vill koppla av i lugn miljö och komma bort från stress. Boendet lämpar sig bäst för 1-2 personer och ni är varmt välkomna att ta med ert husdjur. Boendet erbjuder micro och grill samt te/kaffebryggare.

Det tar det cirka 10 minuter till Skrea Strand/Fbg centrum eller 30 minuter till Varberg , Halmstad eller shoppingen på Gekås i Ullared. Två sovrum, dusch och toalett, nytt fullt utrustat kök med diskmaskin, vardagsrum m Tv. Wi-fi, uteplats med grillmöjligheter.

Vika Trollen - Idyllisk röd stuga vid stranden

Mysig stuga belägen precis vid vattenbrynet med stor terrass i söderläge. Under sommarmånaderna ingår det en roddbåt och en kanot vid den egna bryggan samt kolgrill och utemöbler. Det finns snabbt WiFi i stugan som når ända ner till bryggan. Stugan har två mysiga sovrum och ett loft där man kan umgås på kvällarna. Det lilla köket är fullt utrustat med det mesta man kan behöva under sin semester, tex mikro diskmaskin samt stor kyl och frys.
