Ideal if you are traveling for business or looking for a temporary home for a longer period of time. In the immediate vicinity there is a Rewe, Lidl and various leisure activities (swimming pool, climbing park...) - which makes a car almost superfluous. Bicycle tourists as well as train and car travelers are welcome here!
