It is located near the Višnjik/Banine sports center, a 2-minute walk away, and only a 10- to 15-minute walk to the center, a 15-minute walk to the beaches, with supermarkets nearby and a shopping mall just a 4-minute walk away.

Centre of Pakoštane is located 300 m away from the house. Do you want to go to Split, Šibenik, Zadar, Nin, on the Plitvice lakes, Krka, Stari Grad Paklenica, on the Kornati, on the Vrana Lake… just say yes... and everything is at your fingertips.

A cca 30m2 unique guest house/tavern next to our apartment villa. Detached from the villa itself, featuring an inside fireplace (not in active usage during the summer), A/C, kitchen, a sofa that folds out into a bed for 2 people (+ 1 extra bed if needed), a dining table and a small bathroom. There is also a table/chairs in front of the guest house as well, serving as a small terrace in the garden!
